How to register for Online Banking

If you don't already use Online Banking, it's simple to register online.

Register for online banking

To access the online banking service for the first time, you need to register your log in details. Just follow these simple steps to give you complete control of your offset plan. You can check balances, set up and make bill payments and standing orders, view and amend direct debits, move money and more.

Step 1: confirm your identity

We'll ask for your customer identification number (the 10 digit number we gave you when you applied). You'll also need your plan security code (the 4 digit number which you chose if you applied online, or that you received in your security pack if you applied over the phone). If you use telephone banking, these are the numbers that you already use.

Step 2: choose a username and password

You'll use these every time you log on, so it's important that you choose something that's easy for you to remember, but hard for someone else to guess. Your password and username must each be at least 6 characters long, and can contain letters and/or numbers but no spaces.

Step 3: set up your memorable information

We'll ask you to set up memorable information which can be any group of words you will remember. Each time you log on, you'll be asked to select random characters from your memorable information, as an extra safeguard to your plan.
