Banking Conduct of Business and Moneymadeclear
From 1st November 2009, we will be subject to the Banking Conduct of Business Sourcebook (BCOBS) which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). This brings into force a new banking conduct regime and replaces the non lending aspects of the Banking Code.
The FSA will have responsibility for regulating most aspects of banking and has produced Moneymadeclear leaflets. Moneymadeclear offers impartial information and tools which can help you work out what's right for your bank accounts.
